Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/remote role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst located in Frederick, MD. A contractual BCBA will also be considered. The role involves conducting behavior analysis, applied behavior assessment, and analysis, providing staff education, psychological support, and behavior management. The BCBA will develop, revise, and update Behavior Support Plans to support the individuals that we serve.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology
Staff/Family Education and Psychology knowledge
Experience in behavior management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
